I want I could say exactly the same for felt novelty pennants and banners.  Sad to say, the alternative seems genuine.  Most of the time, collectors of vintage felt novelties can only make "assessments" (educated guesses) about the decade through which a chunk was built.Be sure to involve the concept within your cafe with your design and style.
